What do I bring to the table when I list your home?  First of all I learned from the best - I worked in a major company and I learned what it is to do a job and do it right the first time plus I continually improve what I offer my clients.  They say most buyers will start their search on the internet before they contact a realtor.  I market all over the internet and in the local publications.  I try to determine who the buyer is that will move into your home and market to that segment.  Your job is to get your home in the best shape possible.  I can help there too.  The best thing, if you able, is to have a home inspection and termite report already out of the way.  Buyers like to know that you have invested up-front time into making sure they are getting a good home. 

When it’s time to sell, you must be confident that every element of negotiating the best terms and the highest price have been set before your home is even listed.
